About the role

Join the refined Atelier by Sofitel in Sydney’s iconic Darling Harbour and provide five‑star food and beverage service in a luxury setting. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will welcome guests, guide them through the menu and ensure every dining experience is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests in the Atelier restaurant.
• Present dishes and beverages with precision, offering knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain smooth service flow, from greeting to table clearance, adhering to Sofitel standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) compliance at all times.

Required profile

• Passionate, detail‑oriented professional with a warm, polished demeanor.
• Engaging presence and ability to connect with guests.
• Experience in high‑end or fine‑dining environments is valued.
• Current RSA certification.
• Flexible, reliable and able to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
