Guest Service Agent – Full‑Time or Part‑Time

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at The William Inglis Hotel, you will be the face of the property, welcoming guests from around the world and ensuring a seamless, memorable stay in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Complete guest check‑in and check‑out efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve concerns with confidence and care.
• Promote the Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty programme and hotel services.
• Answer telephone enquiries in line with brand standards.
• Process guest accounts, payments and cashiering duties accurately.
• Maintain guest records and ensure information is up to date.
• Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Provide recommendations on local attractions and hotel facilities.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming Front Office environment.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Friendly, confident and professional in every interaction.
• Able to remain calm and positive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems; Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded.
• Flexible to work a rotating 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player who enjoys collaboration while taking ownership of work.
• Previous experience in a hotel or customer‑service environment is preferred but not essential.
