About the role
Join Braze’s ANZ Account Management team to drive commercial growth and retention for the region’s largest enterprise customers. You will act as a strategic partner to C‑suite executives, orchestrating cross‑functional teams to turn product adoption into measurable business outcomes and multi‑year revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own commercial strategy and performance for a portfolio of the largest enterprise customers, accountable for renewal, expansion and long‑term revenue growth.
- Build and sustain C‑suite relationships, positioning Braze as a strategic partner across business units, brands and markets.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Services and Partners to run joint account plans and executive business reviews.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including multi‑year, multi‑product and consumption‑based structures.
- Develop commercial cases for expansion using usage data, whitespace mapping and maturity assessments.
- Identify and mitigate retention risk early through account health and adoption signals.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual expansion and retention targets.
- Maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasts and coordinate executive sponsorship.
- Lead customer meetings virtually and in person, with regular domestic and occasional international travel.
Required profile
- 8+ years of progressive SaaS sales or account management experience with proven revenue growth and retention.
- Minimum 5 years owning complex enterprise relationships end‑to‑end, including full accountability for renewals and upsells.
- Experience managing portfolios with annual contract values from $500K to $2M+.
- Proven success negotiating multi‑year enterprise agreements through procurement, legal and finance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at C‑suite level and deliver value‑based selling.
- Strong commercial and financial fluency with the ability to build ROI and value cases.
- Excellent collaboration across Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Partnerships and Sales.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
Required skills
- Experience in Martech, Adtech or broader CX platforms (CRM, marketing automation, customer analytics, email or content marketing).
