Customer Service Supervisor – Full‑Time

About the role

This full‑time, permanent position leads a team of Rental Sales Agents at the Cairns Airport location. You will be the face of the brand, handling customer interactions at the rental counter, completing bookings and ensuring a superior service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support Rental Sales Agents in delivering excellent customer service.
• Assess customer car rental needs by actively listening and recommending suitable add‑ons and services.
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines clearly.
• Process rental bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer questions and handle general inquiries.

Required profile

• Full, valid driver’s licence.
• Availability for a rotational roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles.
• Strong adherence to company procedures and standards.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems for rental information entry.
