Customer Service Supervisor – Rental Sales

About the role

This full‑time, permanent position leads a team of Rental Sales Agents at the Cairns Airport location. You will be the face of the brand, handling customer interactions at the rental counter, completing bookings and ensuring a superior service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support Rental Sales Agents in delivering excellent customer service.
• Assess customers' car rental needs by actively listening and recommending appropriate add‑ons and services.
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines clearly and efficiently.
• Process rental bookings accurately and promptly.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Valid full driver’s licence.
• Availability to work a rotational roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales.
• Ability to follow company procedures and standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems for rental information entry.
