About the role
We are seeking experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join the NRMA Marine team at one of the world’s most iconic harbours. The role is based at a new ticket booth on the Eastern Pontoon, supporting customers during busy periods and special events.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the ticket booth, providing sales and customer service to passengers and visitors.
- Work a casual 7‑day rotating roster, covering shifts between 8 am‑5 pm, including evenings and peak event seasons.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a sales environment with a track record of cross‑selling and up‑selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong listening skills and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Ability to operate telephone systems, computer systems and other office equipment.
- General knowledge of marine products and Sydney Harbour is highly regarded.
