Contract Digital Specialist – Construction (Melbourne)

About the role

This 12‑month contract position is for a hybrid social, content and digital strategist who will lead the digital marketing for an independent construction company. You will work across three property brands, creating engaging stories and campaigns that align with each brand’s social media strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and social media content aligned with brand strategies, including eDMs and paid campaigns.
• Leverage platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads to plan, launch and review campaign performance.
• Engage with clients throughout the development, delivery and optimisation of social media strategy and content.
• Lead meetings, present ideas confidently to senior management and collaborate with internal team members.
• Plan, shoot and edit visual content for multiple social channels.

Required profile

• Based in Melbourne with full working rights (no sponsorship).
• 6+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Proven track record of developing digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies for brands.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets.
• Facebook Business Manager for managing paid social campaigns.
• TikTok Ads platform expertise.
• Copywriting and content creation for social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
