Consultant – Part‑Time (30 Hours per Week)

About the role

Join Miele’s Experience Centre team to deliver premium customer experiences in a retail environment. As a Sales Consultant you will guide customers through their purchasing journey, offering expert advice on Miele’s high‑quality appliances.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised product advice and consultative sales solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships from enquiry to purchase.
• Demonstrate product features to help customers make informed decisions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding premium service standards.
• Maintain high presentation standards throughout the Experience Centre.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge through ongoing training.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or consultative sales.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
