Account Specialist – Field Sales

About the role

Join Miele's Field Sales team as an Account Specialist, based in Hilton, to grow the premium appliance brand across a designated territory. You will work closely with Miele Chartered Agents, retailers and internal teams to strengthen relationships, drive sales and represent the brand professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with Miele Chartered Agents and develop customer plans that increase sales and brand advocacy.
• Deliver engaging in‑store product training and education sessions to improve retailer product knowledge and sales capability.
• Manage the territory to achieve sales targets, increase market share and maximise return on investment.
• Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends, customer insights and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver customer initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate reporting, meeting plans and retailer activity to support informed business decisions.

Required profile

• Proven success in account management, field sales or business development.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and influence commercial outcomes.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a territory independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
