Civil Labourer – Construction Site Support

About the role

Join Symal Group as a Civil Labourer and contribute to ongoing defence and infrastructure projects. This onsite role offers hands‑on experience in civil construction, supporting a skilled crew on a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the crew with general labouring duties on civil construction sites.
• Lift and handle materials safely.
• Operate light machinery under supervision.
• Spot and assist crew members and machinery operators on‑site.

Required profile

• Previous experience on civil construction sites, preferably with trenching.
• Valid White Card.
• Machine tickets are highly regarded.
• Own transport and a current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• White Card certification.
• Machine ticket qualifications.
• Ability to operate light machinery.
