About the role
Join Symal Group as a Civil Labourer and contribute to ongoing defence and infrastructure projects. This onsite role offers hands‑on experience in civil construction, supporting a skilled crew on a variety of tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Support the crew with general labouring duties on civil construction sites.
- Lift and handle materials safely.
- Operate light machinery under supervision.
- Spot and assist crew members and machinery operators on‑site.
Required profile
- Previous experience on civil construction sites, preferably with trenching.
- Valid White Card.
- Machine tickets are highly regarded.
- Own transport and a current driver’s licence.
Required skills
- White Card certification.
- Machine ticket qualifications.
- Ability to operate light machinery.
