Working Foreman – Silo Construction

About the role

Do you enjoy hands‑on, outdoor work and being part of an enthusiastic crew? We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead our silo construction projects in the grain‑storage industry across Australia. You will actively participate in building silos while supervising the on‑site team to deliver safe, efficient and high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and install silos at various project sites.
• Lead and coordinate daily on‑site construction activities.
• Supervise and support a team of technicians and construction workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor progress, quality and planning, and liaise with project managers, clients and subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on‑site and provide practical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction, preferably silo or steel‑structure building.
• Previous foreman, lead‑hand or supervisory role.
• Hands‑on mentality with strong technical insight.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, good command of English.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel and work throughout Australia.
