Casual Housekeeping Attendant – Murray Princess

About the role

Captain Cook Cruises, part of the Journey Beyond Group, is looking for a casual shore-based cleaner/housekeeping attendant to join its team on the Murray Princess. You will help maintain the presentation and cleanliness of guest accommodation, keeping cabins and guest spaces serviced to the highest standards as part of a close-knit hospitality team.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest cabins, including making beds, changing linen and cleaning bathrooms
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public guest areas
• Complete deep cleaning and general housekeeping duties
• Deliver friendly, professional service and help create positive guest experiences

Required profile

• Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in high standards
• Comfortable working independently and enjoys staying active throughout the day
• Genuine commitment to guest service
• Previous experience in housekeeping
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role

• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
