About the role
Sodexo is looking for a passionate and dedicated Catering Attendant to join its team at a Wendouree client site. Reporting to the Chef Manager, the role covers customer service, general kitchen duties, meal service, cleaning and some basic food preparation such as sandwiches. It is a casual position with ample hours available across a 7-day week, and availability for PM shifts starting at 15:30 is required.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Carry out general kitchen duties and meal service
- Perform cleaning duties
- Prepare some basic food, including sandwiches
Required profile
- Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and a police check
- Previous hospitality experience such as catering, food service and/or kitchen work is welcome
- Some aged care or customer service experience is mentioned as helpful
