About the role
Sodexo is recruiting Chefs for a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) position based in Perth, with a 14 days on, 7 days off roster. Selected candidates will be invited by email to an in-person interview at the Sodexo office in Perth on Monday 9 November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Work across all sections of the kitchen with your team to provide the highest level of food service to the sites.
- Explore your creative side on themed nights and events.
- Enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 FIFO roster.
Required profile
- Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights.
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and a police check.
- Certificate III (minimum) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery.
- Strong chef experience of at least 3 years; FIFO chef experience highly desirable.
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
