About the role

We are seeking a Business Services Senior Accountant to join a growing accounting firm with offices in Melbourne and Queensland. The role offers the chance to manage a client portfolio, develop advisory skills, and work closely with a hands‑on Managing Partner who is committed to mentorship and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business advisory clients as the primary relationship manager.
• Provide high‑quality accounting, tax and advisory services to clients.
• Identify and implement opportunities to grow the business and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Managing Partner and senior team members on strategic initiatives.
• Support new business development and client acquisition activities.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead client engagements and represent the firm professionally.
• Enthusiastic about a collaborative, social workplace culture.
