Business Development Representative

About the role

Join Aircall’s ANZ sales team as a Business Development Representative, an entry‑level position that offers a fast‑paced introduction to SaaS sales. You’ll prospect, qualify and nurture new leads, working closely with Account Executives to grow the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and execute outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails) to book demos and meetings with qualified leads.
• Research and prospect ideal customers, gathering key information through thoughtful conversations.
• Understand leads’ business needs and buying cycles, building preliminary relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Represent Aircall professionally, highlighting its value proposition in all communications.
• Utilise Salesforce and other best‑practice tools for daily activities and pipeline management.

Required profile

• 1+ year of outbound sales experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow and help teammates succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, direct style.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing time effectively.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and able to take ownership of personal success.
