Business Development Representative - APAC

About the role

Emplifi is looking for a Business Development Representative to help expand its Autonomous CX platform across the APAC region. You will work with an international sales team, contacting decision‑makers at leading brands to generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact key decision‑makers responsible for brand marketing and drive new business opportunities.
• Support Marketing and Sales through lead generation and qualification of inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, events and direct mail.
• Collaborate closely with an assigned Account Executive/Regional Sales Manager to develop prospect communication plans and schedule product demonstrations.
• Communicate Emplifi’s value proposition to secure online demos and face‑to‑face meetings.

Required profile

• Proven client‑facing experience, preferably in B2B sales or telesales.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and meet measurable performance goals.
• Willingness to learn about social and brand marketing and handle objections effectively.
