Business Development Manager – Perth

About the role

Diageo is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its Field Sales team in the central and inner suburbs of Perth. You will own a defined territory, blending account management with new‑business development to grow the portfolio of premium brands.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the territory, shaping plans and priorities to deliver sustainable growth.
• Build long‑term partnerships with retail and on‑premise customers, including multi‑site operators.
• Identify, develop and close new opportunities, managing the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
• Use data, consumer insight and commercial judgement to increase revenue, distribution and market share.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering outcomes end‑to‑end.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Ability to prioritize effort for maximum impact in a fast‑moving environment.
• Resilience and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Required skills

• Confidence using data, insights or judgement to inform decisions.
• Experience with account management and new‑business development.
