Business Development Manager - Destination Venues & Hotels

About the role

Wedded Wonderland, part of Wonder Group, is the world's largest B2B marketplace and tools provider for the wedding industry, connecting venues and vendors with a global audience. It is looking for a Global Business Development Partner to drive sales and growth for its destination venues and hotels business, strengthening its presence worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share across international markets.
• Cultivate relationships with key industry players such as wedding venues, vendors and planners.
• Lead negotiations and close deals that support strategic goals.
• Work with marketing and product teams on market needs and promotional strategies.
• Share insights on market trends and competitor activity.
• Represent the group at industry conferences, seminars and networking events.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in hospitality, events or the wedding industry.
• Strong track record of growing business into new markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently remotely and willingness to travel internationally; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
