Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our facilities services portfolio across Western Australia. Reporting to the State Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, raise the brand’s profile and drive growth for a range of cleaning, grounds, maintenance, security and property services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and collate information on target industries and prospective clients in Western Australia.
• Monitor upcoming Request for Tenders (RFTs) and coordinate responses.
• Liaise with Sales and Operations teams to capture leads from existing accounts.
• Prepare costings, quotes, Expressions of Interest, proposals and ensure accurate pricing.
• Develop and deliver client presentations, including PowerPoint decks and proposal documents.

Required profile

• Proven track record securing service‑based contracts in cleaning, grounds, maintenance, security or facilities/property services.
• Strong understanding of pricing and costing for commercial service contracts.
• Experience or networks within education, retail, commercial or leisure sectors is highly regarded.
• Professional, personable approach with high integrity and ethics.
• Self‑motivated, able to multitask and stay abreast of industry trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and pipeline management.
