Head of Sales – APAC (Perth)

About the role

Our client, a global technology services organisation, is seeking a Head of Sales for the APAC region. Based in Perth, you will own the sales strategy, P&L and growth across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and India, focusing on AI, cloud, cybersecurity and other transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a practical APAC sales and go‑to‑market strategy across five markets.
• Own regional revenue, profitability, pipeline health, forecasting and overall commercial performance.
• Personally originate, shape and close major strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Develop trusted relationships with C‑level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, CEO) and build new‑logo business.
• Align country Managing Directors, solution teams and delivery leaders within a global matrix.
• Strengthen CRM usage, pipeline governance, forecasting and reporting discipline.

Required profile

• 15+ years of enterprise sales leadership in IT services, systems integration or consulting‑led technology services.
• Proven multi‑country APAC responsibility with direct P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated track record of originating and closing large strategic enterprise deals.
• Extensive C‑level engagement experience and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the APAC region.
