Commercial Manager / Contract Administrator – Perth

About the role

ACCIONA is preparing a series of large‑scale civil and infrastructure projects in regional Western Australia and is looking for commercial professionals to join the team before mobilisation. The positions – Contract Administrator, Senior Contract Administrator and Commercial Manager – will operate on a 2/1 roster and support the delivery of upcoming projects in Perth and surrounding regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and variation assessments.
• Assess, negotiate and process claims and change orders.
• Support procurement activities and engage with subcontractors.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate commercial risks.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in contract administration on major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of subcontracts, variations and commercial risk.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
• Willingness to work a 2/1 roster.
