Business Advisory & Tax Manager

About the role

PKF Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its Business Advisory & Tax Services team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, mentor junior staff, and work closely with directors to provide strategic advice that helps businesses thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business advisory and taxation clients.
• Review financial statements, tax returns and compliance engagements.
• Provide strategic business and taxation advice.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead, mentor and coach team members.
• Assist with workflow management and team development.
• Identify opportunities to add value to client relationships.
• Support business development and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Directors on complex advisory matters.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification.
• 5+ years experience in public practice accounting.
• Strong technical taxation and business advisory expertise.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Passion for helping clients and developing people.
