Business Advisor – Inside Sales (Remote)

About the role

Thryv is seeking a Business Advisor to join its fast‑growing Inside Sales team. This is a permanent, full‑time work‑from‑home position serving customers across Australia. You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, using phone and video calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to existing Thryv customers and new prospects to grow and retain accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle – qualification, proposal, closing and hand‑over to onboarding.
• Upsell and cross‑sell Thryv digital marketing solutions to an existing portfolio.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contact‑centre KPIs consistently.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and report results to your Account Director.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for new clients.

Required profile

• Proven track record in account management, inside sales or telesales with measurable results.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong ability to build genuine rapport and trust over the phone or video.
• Highly self‑motivated, organised and disciplined, thriving in a remote work environment.
• Based regionally, rurally or willing to work from home without a commute.
