About the role

We are seeking an experienced, self‑motivated sales professional who is passionate about selling bedding and bedroom furniture. The successful candidate will drive revenue by building strong customer relationships, understanding buying signals, and confidently closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, build rapport, and uncover their needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Demonstrate product value, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales while meeting or exceeding targets.
• Adapt sales approach on the fly, pivoting strategies when a conversation stalls.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities.

• Proven sales experience with a genuine love for selling.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable taking ownership of performance.
• Strong ability to read body language and buying signals.
• Open to coaching, feedback and continuous learning.
