About the role
Sonoma is looking for a National Business Manager to lead growth across its frozen product category. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will own major customer partnerships and help build the commercial capability needed for the next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop national frozen category partnerships, creating customer plans that expand range, distribution and profitable sales.
- Connect customer priorities with operations and supply chain to deliver reliable service.
- Partner with the territory management team to grow frozen sales across the hospitality channel.
- Provide market insight, commercial judgement and practical solutions to advance the frozen business.
Required profile
- Experience as a Senior National Account Manager or National Business Manager in food, bakery, foodservice or a related fresh or frozen category.
- Proven ability to partner with major retailers, develop categories and manage wholesale/distributor relationships.
- Strong influencing skills, able to earn trust without direct authority.
- Curious, resilient, passionate about premium products and focused on execution.
