Broker Manager – Portfolio (Adelaide or Perth)

About the role

The Broker Manager, Portfolio role sits within ANZ's Commercial Broker & Origination team. It focuses on increasing engagement with less active brokers through digital channels, educating them on ANZ products and policies, and supporting broker‑focused events and webinars.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver commercial settlements from accredited brokers.
• Manage a portfolio of less active brokers and drive higher engagement.
• Conduct proactive business development aligned with a structured calling strategy.
• Improve referral and sales volumes across the broker portfolio.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation, commission, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Promote best practices and adhere to non‑financial risk priorities.
• Instill a customer‑centric approach in all broker interactions.
• Educate and up‑skill brokers on ANZ policies and processes.
• Coordinate and host monthly national broker webinars.
• Support the preparation of content for statewide broker events.
• Collaborate with senior broker managers to align local broker strategies.

Required profile

• Experience managing broker relationships and commercial settlements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with brokers, aggregators, bankers and sales leaders.
• Knowledge of compliance, accreditation and onboarding/off‑boarding procedures.
• Ability to drive business development and growth through structured outreach.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering webinars and training sessions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
