About the role

As a Banking Consultant for ANZ in Katanning, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers, addressing their financial needs and promoting ANZ’s digital solutions. This permanent part‑time position is based in the branch at 138 Clive St and focuses on building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately while adhering to compliance and risk policies.
• Promote ANZ’s digital channels and educate customers on using them.
• Contribute to branch initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and advocacy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products within your accreditation level.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
• Retail or banking experience is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Understanding of compliance requirements.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to coach peers.
