Banking Consultant – Part‑time (Esperance)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in the Esperance branch. The role focuses on understanding each customer’s financial needs, providing advice, and promoting digital and traditional banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and end‑to‑end financial needs.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations and recommend appropriate products within your accreditation level.
• Promote and educate customers on digital banking channels.
• Support bank programs and initiatives that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, risk standards and branch procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with retail experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of compliance requirements.
