Banking Consultant – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Banking Consultant will deliver outstanding sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will support everyday banking enquiries, account openings and guide customers toward digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on everyday banking products and processes via phone, online channels and in‑store visits.
• Assist customers with digital onboarding and promote the use of online banking platforms.
• Achieve high first‑call resolution and customer satisfaction scores.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and underwriting guidelines.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, risk, performance and customer outcomes.
