Assistant Experience Centre Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term)

Join Miele’s Experience Centre in Doncaster and help create exceptional customer experiences that showcase the very best of the premium brand. As the Assistant Experience Centre Manager you will work alongside the Experience Centre Manager to lead a passionate team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and memorable journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Experience Centre Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing retail team.
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team to achieve financial, service and customer experience targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high standards of presentation, merchandising and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Team to deliver engaging demonstrations, events and premium in‑store experiences.
• Build strong relationships with local business partners, Miele Chartered Agents and internal stakeholders to drive referrals and growth.
• Take ownership of centre operations including rostering, stock management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated retail leadership experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience achieving sales and customer service targets.
• Exceptional communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with retail systems.
