Glow Assistant – Casual Retail Role

About the role

Join atomica’s Doncaster store as a Glow Assistant on a casual basis. You will be the friendly face of the brand, helping customers discover beauty, skincare and wellbeing products while delivering a personalised service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored, high‑quality customer service on the shop floor.
• Assist shoppers in finding products, recommending new and trending items.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and overall beauty.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build genuine connections.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.

Required skills

• Experience operating a point‑of‑sale register.
• Basic inventory handling and stock management.
