Accountant – Corporate Finance (NASDAQ Listed Group)

About the role

Join a globally recognised NASDAQ‑listed group as an Accountant within its Australian operation. You will own end‑to‑end accounting processes, support corporate reporting and partner with senior finance and sales stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end journals, bank, intercompany and general‑ledger reconciliations.
• Produce monthly corporate reports via OneStream, including variance analysis.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and management reporting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with GST, statutory requirements and BAS submissions.
• Manage end‑to‑end AR and AP, credit control, overdue debt resolution and month‑end close.
• Conduct customer credit reviews and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payroll, manage entitlements, payroll tax and Workers Compensation returns.
• Partner with senior finance and sales leaders to address reporting requests and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Strong Excel capability.
• Solid understanding of Australian GST and statutory compliance.
• Clear communication skills and confidence to engage with stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
