Account Manager – FinTech (Sydney)

About the role

The Account Manager will drive Net Revenue Retention across an existing portfolio of FinTech customers, handling contract renewals, upsells and product adoption. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this hybrid role is based in Sydney CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Own contract renewals, including pricing discussions and execution.
• Drive upsell and expansion through usage‑led conversations and multi‑product penetration.
• Identify and qualify collect opportunities and hand them to Collect BDMs.
• Communicate customer needs and articulate product value across the CreditorWatch portfolio.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships positioning CreditorWatch as a commercial partner.
• Maintain accurate product knowledge and CRM hygiene for forecasting.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management experience in tech/SaaS, managing ~200 customers.
• Strong problem‑solving, active listening and communication skills.
• Experience with short sales cycles (2 weeks or less) is a plus.
• Passionate about CreditorWatch’s mission and values.
