Account Manager – Concrete Systems Division

About the role

The Account Manager will drive growth across Western Australia and South Australia for ITW's Concrete Systems Division. You will manage an established portfolio of customers and projects while building strong relationships with retail partners, contractors, consultants and specifiers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth plans across WA and SA.
• Partner with key retail and distribution partners such as Sydney Tools, Total Tools, Konnect, CSS and Synergy.
• Identify and convert major project opportunities by engaging contractors, developers, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Support distribution partners through product training, demonstrations and market engagement activities.
• Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management and market insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience within construction, concrete, building products or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue and developing customer relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders.
• Technical aptitude and confidence discussing products and applications on construction sites.
• Based in Perth and willing to travel regionally within WA and regularly to South Australia.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of construction fastening, anchoring and engineered construction solutions.
• Ability to conduct product training and demonstrations.
