Business Development Executive – Joondalup

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will drive visibility and availability of our products, creating great experiences for customers across the Joondalup territory. This fast‑paced field sales position involves daily travel throughout Perth, building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and customer trends to provide market insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional success.
• Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with a strong focus on sales, service and high‑quality execution.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong communicator able to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work.
