Womenswear Merchant (Maternity Leave) – Full Time

About the role

The Womenswear Merchant will lead the merchandise function for Australia and New Zealand, focusing on women’s bottoms, tops and accessories. This full-time, maternity-leave contract role is based in South Melbourne and reports to the ANZ Merchandising Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Create consumer-focused, future-facing product assortments for the ANZ market.
• Execute collection release activities including go-to-market, sales launches and customer meetings.
• Develop and implement brand and product strategies.
• Manage sample flow, ordering, photoshoots, marketing support and sample room organization.
• Provide product expertise and tools to cross-functional partners such as Sales, Marketing and Planning.
• Deliver staff training, roadshows and DTC tools for Womenswear and Tier 1.
• Collaborate with the Direct-to-Consumer team to monitor performance and drive success.
• Drive wholesale assortments to sustain momentum and growth.
• Contribute input to annual, financial and strategic customer plans.
