As the Assistant Experience Centre Manager you will work alongside the Experience Centre Manager, leading a passionate retail team, driving commercial performance and ensuring a seamless, memorable journey for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Experience Centre Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing retail team.
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team to achieve financial, service and customer experience targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey through consultative sales conversations and professional enquiry resolution.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high standards of presentation, merchandising and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Team to deliver engaging demonstrations, events and premium in‑store experiences.
• Build strong relationships with local business partners, Miele Chartered Agents and internal stakeholders to drive referrals and growth.
• Take ownership of centre operations, including rostering, stock management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated retail leadership experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience achieving sales and customer service targets.
• Exceptional communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with retail systems.
