Territory Sales Manager – Northern Beaches

About the role

We are seeking a confident, relationship‑focused Territory Sales Manager to manage our ready‑mix concrete customers across Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The role blends customer relationship building with problem‑solving to deliver value‑added solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with ready‑mix concrete customers across the Northern Beaches.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers and market segments within the territory.
• Manage a 12‑month rolling order book and sales pipeline for existing and new customers.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and industry trends to spot opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes and achieve territory objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in field sales, account management, customer service or a related field.
• Strong commercial mindset with problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain products, services and technical information clearly to demonstrate customer value.
• Self‑motivated, organised and capable of managing a territory independently while working as part of a team.
