Account Manager – IT Managed Services

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager/Client Success Manager to grow and retain relationships across an existing portfolio of accounts. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for customers, providing advice and recommendations that drive long‑term profit and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Upsell IT, communications, and related products and services within the existing portfolio.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships through consistent, proactive contact.
• Work with the sales team to achieve set targets.
• Develop relationships with management and business owners at all levels.
• Partner with management and marketing to uncover new business within the existing customer base.
• Attend company, customer, and networking events.
• Run regular strategic business reviews with clients.

Required profile

• Experience managing and growing an existing client portfolio, ideally within IT, telecommunications, or related services.
• Strong interpersonal skills for both technical and non‑technical conversations.
• Confidence engaging and building trust with senior stakeholders and business owners.
• A proactive, relationship‑first approach to account management.
• Comfortable working to sales targets as part of a team.
