Team Member – Restaurant

About the role

Grill'd, which operates 180+ restaurants across Australia, is looking for friendly, energetic Team Members to join its restaurant teams. The preferred restaurant is chosen during the application process. The role covers tasks such as flipping patties, chatting with guests and preparing food, and no prior experience is needed because training is provided.

Required profile

• Right to work in Australia and age 16 or older.
• A positive attitude and a passion for making people's day.
• Team player who works well with others and brings energy.
• Good communicator who enjoys connecting with customers.
• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts.
