Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate & Enabling

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate & Enabling will own end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate, enabling and operational support functions in Australia and support broader hiring across APAC as the region expands. You will work in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment, partnering closely with leaders to shape hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle for areas such as Finance, Commercial, People, Digital, Project/Program Management, Software, Operations and Administration.
• Partner with hiring leaders to translate workforce needs into effective recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Develop market intelligence on talent availability, remuneration and competitor activity.
• Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns concurrently, prioritising business needs.
• Support APAC‑wide recruitment as the regional footprint grows.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, provide pipeline insights and continuously improve hiring processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment in a complex, fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to challenge and advise hiring leaders.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume, varied portfolio while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to recruitment, operating autonomously and finding solutions in evolving contexts.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with contemporary sourcing tools and recruitment automation.
