Claims Quality Assurance Consultant

About the role

Drive excellence across the Motor Claims operation as a Technical Assurance Consultant, leading the evolution of the Quality Assurance Program and conducting independent reviews across the value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review Motor Claims processing to ensure procedural adherence and technical excellence.
• Identify capability gaps, propose process improvements and support learning and development.
• Analyse performance data, produce regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with leaders, trainers, consultants and other departments to resolve technical challenges.
• Identify and report risks related to procedural breaches, regulatory requirements or privacy.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years Motor Claims experience, preferably with recoveries or settlements.
• Strong understanding of Motor Claims legislation, regulatory and compliance obligations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and develop stakeholders at all levels.
