Talent Acquisition Partner – Workforce Program & Pipelines

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner – Workforce Programs & Pipelines will build and convert talent pipelines to support Metrea's growing aviation workforce in Australia and the broader APAC region. The role works closely with the Lead Aviation Recruiter to deliver recruitment campaigns and develop long‑term talent communities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lead Aviation Recruiter in delivering pilot, aircrew and broader aviation recruitment campaigns.
• Develop and manage evergreen talent pools and expressions of interest for critical aviation roles.
• Identify, source and engage passive aviation talent and maintain relationships over longer recruitment horizons.
• Build sustainable external pipelines, including veteran, Indigenous and defence transition pathways.
• Represent Metrea at industry events, career fairs and networking activities to promote the employer brand.
• Provide workforce intelligence, map talent markets, monitor pipeline strength and deliver market intelligence on talent availability and trends.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, preferably within aviation or a specialist workforce environment.
• Experience delivering high‑volume, campaign‑based or recurring recruitment.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive talent and build talent pipelines.
• Experience recruiting pilots, aircrew, aviation or other specialist operational talent is highly regarded.
