Join Pillow Talk as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at our Darra Head Office, helping to create exceptional candidate experiences and partner with leaders to attract great talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Utilise multiple systems and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Required profile

• At least two years of administration experience, preferably in HR or talent acquisition within retail.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• People‑focused with excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience working across multiple HR or recruitment systems.
