Store Manager – Sportswear & Sneaker Retail

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Karrinyup location, a flagship store for a global sneaker and athletic apparel brand. You will be the face of the store, driving sales, visual merchandising, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 18 staff members.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and operational policies.
• Analyse performance data to optimise staffing and inventory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in sportswear or footwear.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
