Small Business Specialist – Western Australia

About the role

As a Small Business Specialist in ANZ’s Business & Private Bank, you will be based in a Western Australian branch and work directly with small‑business owners. You will combine industry insight with tailored banking solutions to help customers start, run and grow successful enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone‑based lending enquiries to understand customers’ business needs.
• Partner with Branch Managers, Bankers and local B&PB teams to identify growth opportunities and deepen relationships.
• Collaborate with Asset Finance Managers, Credit Assessment, Quality Control Officers and Fulfilment teams to deliver appropriate products and services.
• Drive proactive business development and referral partnerships to achieve commercial growth.
• Ensure all interactions are compliant, responsible and aligned with ANZ’s risk‑management standards.
