About the role
Responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish, managing subcontractors and ensuring high‑quality finishes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all subcontractors and manage the quality of finishes.
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets.
- Ensure program measures are being met and keep the client updated.
- Drive the project schedule and maintain compliance with standards.
Required profile
- Experience managing new‑build commercial/industrial projects.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality.
- Positive attitude with the right temperament.
- Effective communication skills and ability to drive the program.
