Project Manager – Transmission & Distribution

About the role

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of transmission and distribution projects within its Energy & Power business. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams and manage the full project lifecycle to support the global energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical scopes.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and closeout, ensuring safety and quality.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, risk management, and commercial performance.
• Maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Build trusted client relationships and support business development and bid activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transmission, distribution, industrial, or generation projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and project risk.
• Demonstrated project leadership with a focus on safety, quality, and team performance.
• Ability to build and sustain client relationships in a consulting or delivery environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project controls and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
